GREAT MUSIC.

REAL STORIES.

01 / THE STORY

MFM Records is an independent record label and music production company based in San Diego, California.

Founded in 2022 by producer, musician, and recording engineer Matt Foreman, MFM Records was built on a simple belief: great music starts with a great story.

The best songs do more than sound good. They capture life, pain, struggle, beauty, joy, and heartbreak. From the first idea to the final recording, we work alongside artists to make music that feels honest and worth remembering.

MFM Records is more than a place to make music. We're building a creative home for independent artists who care deeply about their craft.

Through the label, we aim to support artists beyond the recording process, from developing a release to bringing it into the world.

No one-size-fits-all formula. Just genuine collaboration, creative work, and a shared commitment to the music.

04 / MEET THE FOUNDER

Matt Foreman has spent countless hours writing, creating, recording, and producing music alongside artists throughout San Diego and beyond.

Whether working behind the console, developing a song with an artist, or creating music of his own, Matt believes every song has the potential to tell a meaningful story.

That passion led him to establish MFM Records, bringing together songwriting, production, recording, and a desire to help independent artists grow.

He continues to seek out new talent and creative partnerships, helping musicians develop their sound and share their stories through song.

A NOTE FROM MATT

“Music is so much more than a collection of notes; it’s a feeling that goes much deeper than words can describe. It comes so naturally to us that no one has to teach you to enjoy music. We are born to love it! It is one of the greatest gifts God ever gave us, and it’s such a beautiful thing to create for Him.”
